"I'm really disappointed with the poor communication and misinformation provided by one of the assistants. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they told me that an agent would get back in touch with me, but I haven't heard back from them about the quote I've been requesting. Additionally, the assistant told me that StateFarm does not do insurance transfers if you use StateFarm in another state. However, my current representative in North Carolina said that this information was false and that they do state information transfers all the time.

It's disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews I've been reading. I had hoped to get a quote for my upcoming move. I recommend that new customers seek reliable StateFarm service elsewhere."
